We were so impressed with everything about Bold but ultimately, it was the designs
and the inclusions we couldn’t go past. We couldn’t believe the huge range of standard inclusions.
It meant we could have our dream home without blowing the budget. Bold’s interior designer had
some awesome suggestions which took everything to the next level. It was such a fun and positive

My very favourite part of the house is the kitchen and living area because it’s perfect for when
we have family and friends visit.

Liam had previously built with Bold, so it was a no brainer to go with a builder he trusted.

round, especially the design stage. We just love the open plan living. The high ceilings optimise the

My favourite part of the process was definitely working with Bold’s interior designer in
the Evolve Selection Studio. Choosing the colours and the finishes was where I could really
add my personality and make it feel like home.

We were initially referred by friends, then we fell in love with the Emerson 260 floorplan. Then we met Rosie at the sales display!

All the Bold show homes had a ‘wow’ factor and the standard high stud ceilings were the deciding factor for us. As for the Evolve Studio – it's fun! It’s exciting! It’s informative! We feel Bold cares about the people they’re building for as much as the quality of the homes.

It might sound weird but for us, the price of the cornerless stacking doors ultimately made us choose Bold. They were the only ones to offer us not only a great price but also an amazing design.

“I initially started with another company and when it came time to select everything for the house, I knew I would find that task bamboozling. Someone in that company offered to take me around to all their suppliers and then they offered $1000 towards an interior designer. I thought that was a generous offer but there was still the problem of ‘bringing everything together.’ I knew there was a Bold display at North Lakes, so I drove out to see that. When I saw everything displayed there, I knew I was in the right place for me.

Having the guidance of a qualified Interior Designer was very helpful being our first build. Other builders we met with just offered selections from a catalogue which we would have struggled with.

We have to keep pinching ourselves, realising that we actually live in such a beautiful home. We absolutely love the family room area with the floor to raked ceiling windows. We feel extremely comfortable and most importantly very much at home in our new abode.
