We cannot speak highly enough of BOLD as a building company and the individuals that comprise it. Everyone, and I do mean absolutely everyone, we dealt with was professional, very informed about their areas and able to explain things to us in a simple-to-understand manner. At the same time we found all of the people we dealt with to be very respectful and friendly, and genuinely keen to be helpful to us. We think this level of customer service can only come from a situation where staff are actually happy with the company they are working for. All in all, we are extremely happy that we chose to build with BOLD.

Adam was a wonderful supervisor. It felt like he actually cared about us and our experience, and our home at the very end. Thank you to team BOLD! Right from the start with Mercy showing the display home to Brendan who helped us prior to construction with the plans and then finally Adam, for being a patient champion.

Great team to deal with from the get-go, from contracts to building completion. Our supervisor Mick is hands down the greatest supervisor I have dealt with regarding small changes and his communication is second to none. Couldn’t recommend Mick any more highly. This was my first house build- and I was extremely nervous – and we hit some road bumps initially in getting the land ready for the build. However after 4 weeks of being overwhelmed by the prospect, I relaxed and let BOLD do their thing. They completed the build early, on budget and to an extremely high standard. Nothing was ever an issue for Adrian, Justin and the team: open communication and trades that loved doing what they do and were always polite and courteous … to the extent that my father-in-law is now building 2 houses with BOLD as he has seen just how happy we are. And he has 30 years in the industry. Well done, guys and thank you for creating our beautiful home.
