We cannot speak highly enough of BOLD as a building company and the individuals that comprise it. Everyone, and I do mean absolutely everyone, we dealt with was professional, very informed about their areas and able to explain things to us in a simple-to-understand manner. At the same time we found all of the people we dealt with to be very respectful and friendly, and genuinely keen to be helpful to us. We think this level of customer service can only come from a situation where staff are actually happy with the company they are working for. All in all, we are extremely happy that we chose to build with BOLD.
